About the Actor
JAYAH FAYE PALEY is the author and creator of the award-winning DVD: POLES for Hiking, Trekking & Walking and the new DVD POLES for Balance & Mobility.
She is a mobility coach, ACE & AFAA-certified Personal Trainer and a LEKI-trained Nordic Walking instructor. She works with physical therapists to help patients maintain and regain mobility. She teaches pole & fitness seminars for REI stores all over the country as well National Parks, Point Reyes National Seashore, East Bay Regional Park District, Oakland Museum, senior centers, Parkinson s & MS groups. She leads hikes for the Sierra Club.
